1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the website stores in your browser when you visit it. They allow pages to work correctly, remember preferences and, with your consent, measure audience and show relevant marketing content.
We use both first-party cookies (set by angajeaza-ma.ro) and, only with consent, third-party cookies (for example traffic-analytics tools).
2. Your consent
On your first visit we show a cookie banner where you can accept all categories, reject everything (except strictly necessary), or manage preferences individually. The consent controls are real toggles, not simple checkboxes.
Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site cannot work without them. The other three categories (preferences, analytics, marketing) are enabled only if you consent to them. You can change your choices at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.

4. How to manage or delete cookies
You have full control over cookies:
- from the site's "Cookie settings" banner / link you can enable or disable the non-essential categories at any time;
- from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) you can block or delete already-stored cookies.
If you disable strictly necessary cookies in your browser, some site features (for example submitting the request form) may no longer work correctly.
5. Personal data and contact
Some cookies (especially analytics and marketing) may process personal data, such as the IP address. These processings are described in detail in the Privacy Policy, and your rights in the GDPR Rights section.
