The site is operated by BHAZAR S.R.L., reg. code (CUI) 53489103, Trade Register no. J2026005179006, registered office at Strada Traian 107, Sector 3, București, Romania, e-mail legal@angajeaza-ma.ro (the "Operator").

Through this website the Operator supplies companies with personnel for various sectors (construction, warehousing and logistics, production, agriculture, cleaning, HoReCa, retail, goods handling, loading/unloading, seasonal work and others).

The website is informational and a point of contact: it presents the services, the sectors covered and the geographic coverage, allowing companies to send a staffing request. The website is NOT an online transaction platform and does NOT allow automatic payment or contracting of services.

Any actual collaboration is established later, based on a quote and a contract negotiated separately between the Operator and the company, setting out the number of people, conditions, rates and the parties' responsibilities.

The staffing request form may be used only by companies or their representatives, for genuine business purposes.

You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Sending a request does not, in itself, create any contractual obligation for either party; it is an invitation to start commercial discussions. Abusive use, sending false requests, spam, or using the Operator's contact details for unsolicited commercial prospecting are prohibited.

Statements about personnel availability, response time (typically as soon as possible after the request) and how quickly a collaboration can start are estimates and depend on the sector, location, number of people requested and labour-market conditions at the time.

These statements do not constitute a firm guarantee of outcome until a concrete offer is confirmed in writing.

The website content (texts, structure, graphics, logo, blog articles) belongs to the Operator or is used under a valid legal right and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the Operator's written consent is prohibited.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site information accurate and current, but it is provided "as is", without implied warranties. The Operator is not liable for any technical interruptions of the site or for decisions taken solely on the basis of the informational content, in the absence of a confirmed contractual offer.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be legally excluded (e.g. in case of fraud or gross negligence).

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably; failing that, the Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
