Your GDPR Rights

1. General framework
The processing of personal data through the angajeaza-ma.ro website complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law. This section explains the rights you have and how, concretely, you can exercise them.

2. Data subject rights
In relation to your data you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15): to find out whether we process your data and obtain a copy of it.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16): to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure / "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17): to request deletion when there is no longer a basis for processing.
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18): to limit processing in certain situations.
- Right to data portability (Art. 20): to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object (Art. 21): to object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7): for processing based on consent (e.g. non-essential cookies), at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right not to be subject to automated decisions: we do not make decisions with legal effect based solely on automated processing or profiling.
3. How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of the above rights, send a request to gdpr@angajeaza-ma.ro, stating:
- the right you want to exercise;
- the data that allows us to identify you (name, company, e-mail or phone used in the request), so we can verify the legitimacy of the request.
We respond within 30 days of receiving the request. This term may be extended by up to two months for complex requests, in which case we will inform you. Exercising your rights is free; we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, in accordance with GDPR.
4. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
We are not legally required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as our activity does not involve large-scale systematic monitoring or large-scale processing of special categories of data.
The contact point for any data-protection matter is available at gdpr@angajeaza-ma.ro, respectively dpo@angajeaza-ma.ro. Should a DPO be appointed in the future, their details will be published in this section.
5. Right to lodge a complaint
If you consider that we have infringed your rights, you may first contact us for remedy. You always have, however, the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest, e-mail anspdcp@dataprotection.ro, web www.dataprotection.ro.
For consumer disputes you may use ANPC (www.anpc.ro) and the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
